Investment activity sits inside Gord Holdings, a permanent-capital vehicle run with the discipline of a family office rather than a fund. There is no fund life, no exit clock, and no obligation to return capital on a schedule.
The structure follows from experience. In four of five exits as a founder the consideration was a position in the larger entity rather than cash, which means the outcome of a sale was another holding to manage. A balance sheet is the honest place to manage it.
No figures appear here. A dollar total needs to state what it counts and over what period, and needs a maintenance owner; a personal site has neither.
