I build and finance companies in digital assets, and I keep what I build.
I was the first enterprise blockchain developer at TD Bank, founded Bitcoin Canada, and merged MLG Blockchain with Secure Digital Markets to form GDA Capital. I co-founded Metaverse Group, which was sold to Tokens.com, and Acronym Asset Management.
Five exits as a founder. In four of them I was paid in equity of the acquirer rather than cash, which is the whole reason my activity now sits on a balance sheet instead of inside a fund.
This site is where I write. The formal record — office, mandate, biography — is kept at gord.holdings/principal/.
